FAQs

  • No, there’s no need to pay extra for either. The Inopool package includes the filter(s) and 1 standard or fast-charging adapter. The standard charger allows you to charge the battery in 4-5 hours while the fast charger takes 2-2.5 hours.

  • The Inopool series robots are fit for nearly all pool surfaces, including Pebble, Plaster, Concrete, Paint, Tiles, Gunite, Vinyl Line, PVC, etc.

  • Yes, it has a waterproof rating of IPX8, so it’s entirely waterproof. Make sure to tighten the charging port seal cap or flap when you use it.

  • Do not swim when the cleaner is in use.

  • We have tested a large number of pools with many different types of main drains. Unless the main drain is unusually high, an InoPool cleaner will not get stuck on the main drain. Keep in mind that a cleaner may appear to be stuck at times, but it will eventually maneuver its way off the drain.

  • Our in-ground series called the Latitude can partially clean the steps. Built-in air sensors will. prevent the cleaner from cleaning the top 2 steps. When the robot detects it’s on the steps, it will climb down autonomously and continue cleaning the floor or walls of the pool.

  • The high-speed brushes on our in-ground cleaners work with any pool surface. The brushes can be disassembled and replaced with new brushes.

  • The recommended temperature for charging is 40° F – 95° F. Do not charge your robot in direct sunlight or temperatures outside of this range.

Always store your robot in a well-ventilated and shaded location.

  • Please make sure the seal cap for the charging port is tightened to keep water out.

  • The robot will keep cleaning the pool until the battery is low and then stop at the side of the pool.

  • 1. Make sure the battery is sufficiently charged (the battery indicator lights up green).

    2. Connect to the APP to ensure that the cleaner knows your pool’s specific parameters,

cleaning patterns, and cycles (Latitude series only).

    3. Always clean the filter(s) using a high-pressure hose end nozzle.

    4. Always tighten the charging port cap or securely fasten the flap.

  • Please visit www.inopool-us.com and choose the Latitude series of robots. Refer to the APP instructions for use section for Android and IOS smartphones.

  • It’s recommended to place the robot in the shallow end of the pool, from any obstacles such as steps or ladders.

  • We recommend taking your InoPool cleaner out after each use to empty and clean the filter. Then store it in a cool, dry place. We also recommend rinsing your cleaner with clear water regularly to remove any excess chemicals or salts. For InoPool robots with a weekly timer option, the robot can stay in the pool water for a week at a time. Note: You will need to clean the filter at the end of the weekly cycle.

  • If the cleaner will not be in use for an extended period, perform the following storage steps:

    OFF-SEASON STORAGE

Thoroughly clean and dry the filter basket, brushes, tracks, andexterior of the robot.

Make sure that no water is left inside the cleaner.

The cleaner must be fully charged before storing.

It should be placed in a well-ventilated, dry, and shaded location. The temperature should be between 5°-45°C/41°-113°F, and the humidity level lower than 80%RH.

Charge the battery at least once every 3 months to protect it from over-discharging.

Keep the cleaner out of the reach of children or persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction.

  • The cleaner you received is brand new. Our cleaners undergo a pool test before leaving the factory to ensure that they function properly. Sometimes, during this test, a small amount of water may get inside the machine which can cause the machine to feel wet. However, you can rest assured that the machine has not been used by anyone else.

  • Our robotic pool cleaners use their battery to power the cleaner, their motor unit(s) to maneuver the cleaner around the pool, and their filtration system to collect debris found on your pool’s floor, wall, and waterline.

  • Since these robotic pool cleaners are made of various electronics and parts, their lifespan depends on maintenance and the frequency of use. But on average, these cleaners can easily last up to five years, provided you clean them after each use.

  • This depends on how much debris has accumulated in your pool. A general guideline is to run it once or twice a week.

  • To clean your robotic pool cleaner, you should remove and rinse the filter, after each use. It is also recommended to deep clean the cleaner every few months (impeller area, brushes, tracks, and the exterior of the cleaner).

  • Yes, our cleaners can be used in a pool treated with salt.

General FAQs

InoPool APP for Latitude Series:

  • Please note that due to possible signal loss underwater, communicating with the APP while the robot is already working underwater will not work as expected. To avoid this issue, we recommend that you first connect the pool robot to the APP while it is onshore, set the cleaning mode, and then put it into the pool for cleaning. This will ensure that the robot works as intended and you can enjoy a clean and sparkling pool.
